What you do

  1. 1. Place the dates, prunes,gojis, mixed seeds, peanuts or cashews, cacao nibs, three tea bags of Supreme Green Matcha tea and a tablespoon of Vitalise into a food processor and blitz it until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. 2. Take enough of the mixture to form a bar and wrap this into clingfilm or line them with unbleached greaseproof paper.
  3. 3. Pop them in the fridge and refridgerate for about an hour.
  4. Tip: You can use more nuts and seeds if you don't have cacao nibs, and add 1 heaped tsp organic cocoa powder. It doesn't really matter if you vary quantities a bit as long as long as you end up with roughly half seed, nut and nib - half fruit.
