What you do

  1. Preheat your oven to 200⁰C / 400⁰F / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat.
  3. Remove from the heat when melted, and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to mix.
  4. Place the mixture into a well-oiled baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool, before dividing into slices.
